Through institutional and professional coordination, the Institute may support international referral, second medical opinion, hospital and specialist coordination, medical-record preparation and translation, information regarding selected clinical technologies, and appropriate patient-support pathways.
NBIIC-HI serves as a coordinating and enabling platform. All medical assessments, eligibility decisions, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and clinical services are provided exclusively by appropriately licensed professionals and authorized healthcare institutions.
Supporting communication with suitable hospitals, clinical departments, specialists, and authorized healthcare partners for further assessment or treatment consideration.
Coordinating the preparation and submission of relevant medical information for review by appropriately qualified specialists or healthcare institutions.

Through the established International Medical Collaboration Center, the collaboration supports responsible cross-border healthcare communication, institution-based coordination, professional exchange, and selected patient and clinical collaboration pathways.
Ciming Boao International Hospital is a participating medical institution in NBIIC-HI's international medical collaboration network. Through the established International Medical Collaboration Center, the collaboration supports responsible international referral communication, institutional coordination, professional exchange, and selected cross-border healthcare collaboration pathways.
NBIIC-HI continues to expand its international medical collaboration network by engaging additional hospitals, clinical departments, specialist teams, and authorized healthcare partners across countries and regions.
Additional participating institutions and collaboration programs will be introduced progressively as formal partnerships are established.
