NBIIC-HI supports responsible international medical collaboration by connecting patients, families, referring professionals, hospitals, specialists, and authorized healthcare partners across countries and regions.

Through institutional and professional coordination, the Institute may support international referral, second medical opinion, hospital and specialist coordination, medical-record preparation and translation, information regarding selected clinical technologies, and appropriate patient-support pathways.

NBIIC-HI serves as a coordinating and enabling platform. All medical assessments, eligibility decisions, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and clinical services are provided exclusively by appropriately licensed professionals and authorized healthcare institutions.
